Her transition into the insurance industry was a natural evolution—fueled by her passion for helping people and a desire to provide impactful, long-term solutions for businesses of all sizes.
As the founder and CEO of Joyful Insurance Solutions, Joy leads with vision and compassion. She works side by side with each new team member, offering hands-on training and mentorship to ensure clients receive the highest level of service. Joy is deeply involved in client services, coordinates annual benefit enrollments, and actively advocates on behalf of clients when working with insurance carriers.

A graduate of Birmingham-Southern College, Chryseis brings both education and heart to her work. She is known for her patient, caring approach and her commitment to explaining Medicare options in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
Through her partnership with Joyful Insurance Solutions, Chryseis supports clients by providing personalized Medicare guidance and helping them make informed choices that protect their health and peace of mind. In addition she offers Legal services and Identity protection through Legalshield.
Emory "Ty" Erb

Ty Erb joined Joyful Insurance Solutions as a Benefits Consultant, bringing with him more than fifteen years of experience as a licensed advisor in the financial services industry. While much of his career has been rooted in banking and lending, Ty’s diverse background allows him to serve clients with a wide range of financial and benefits needs.
Originally from Montgomery, Ty is a graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery and recently relocated to the Huntsville area with his family. He is passionate about building relationships and helping clients work toward their long term business goals.
Outside of the office, Ty enjoys coaching soccer and baseball, skateboarding, and playing pickleball with his two sons. He has been married to his wife, Kimberly, for over 14 years and is well known for proudly praising her cooking. You may also find Ty playing guitar and singing at a local restaurant from time to time.
Ty’s approachable personality, strong work ethic, and genuine care for others make him a valuable addition to the Joyful Insurance Solutions team.
